A hearty serving of oatmeal is always our go-to way to start the day. Oats are a great source for vitamins, minerals, fibers and antioxidants. But, oats themselves are sadly quite boring. To spice things up, we usually add dried fruits, a variety of seeds, spices and fresh fruits - all with their own nutrition superpowers.
We experimented with swapping out the hot water used for oatmeal with brewed tea, and the flavor blew us away! We like to pre-make the dried mix, to make mornings even easier. There are endless variations to this easy, quick and extraordinarily healthy breakfast, here's our most recent go-to.
