Why We Love It: A bold, but not overwhelming green tea. This organic first flush sencha is a classic daily drinker in Japan. A steamed green tea, grown in full sunlight and produced by the Kinezuka family in Fujieda. The beautiful sweetness of the initial sips linger on the back of your throat even after you’ve finished.

We Taste: Grass, sweetness, and flowers

How We Brew It: Steep 7 grams in 6 ounces of 175F water for 1 minutes. Can re-steep 2-3 times with shorter infusions. Be sure to shake every drop out of each infusion when pouring.
