Why We Love It: Even before the first sip of this tea, its fragrance uplifts our senses. Crafted like an extremely low oxidized oolong, this tea has the floral and aromatic qualities Taiwan is famous for. We're proud to work with a third generation farmer, Mr. Chang, for this tea from his pristine homeland region of Pinglin, Taiwan.

We Taste: Cucumber, flowers, butter and spinach

How We Brew It: Steep 4 grams (~1 spoonful) in 8-16 ounces of 180F water for 4 minutes. Can re-steep 2-3 times. Or gong fu brew.
