Why We Love It: A classic Japanese roasted tea by our beloved Kinezuka family. The warm feeling and fragrance of Hojicha is unmistakeable. It transports us to a cozy evening under a blanket of warmth and feelings of comfort and safety. Hojicha tends to be a lower caffeinated style of tea because it is made of more stems than leaves. 

We Taste: Kettle corn, chestnuts, and roasted barley

How We Brew It: Steep 5 grams in 6 ounces of 195F water for 1 minute. Re-steep and lessen brew time for 2-3 steeps.
