Why We Love It: A bud heavy white tea, made in the famous region of Ilam by a well-respected farmer, this tea is an absolute joy to drink. It’s fresh, crisp, and energizing, while also calming and cooling all at the same time. High in L-Theanine, white teas are a terrific post-work wind down or to warm you when the sun goes down.

We Taste: Grass, flowers and a delicate sweetness

How We Brew It: Steep 4 grams in 8-16 ounces of 190F water for 1 minutes. Can re-steep 2-3 times. We use 6 grams when brewing in a gaiwan.
