Why We Love It: Made using the traditional pu’er processing and fermentation methods, this is a classic example of a true ripe pu’er. It has been packaged to age using all natural bamboo shoot leaves, keeping the tea close to nature straight from the farm to your cup.
Teapot/Infuser: Steep 4 grams in 8 ounces of 212F water for 3-4 minutes. Can re-steep 2-3 times.
Gong Fu: Steep 4 grams in a 4 ounce gaiwan. Rinse leaves once quickly, then start with quick steeps under 10 seconds. With each re-steep, adjust timing to your taste.
