Why We Love It: After the initial processing, our farm partner passes this tea onto his friend who is an expert at charcoal roasting. The roasting process takes three days, with minimal opportunities for sleep, and is quite tedious and takes much skill. The process mutes some of the sharper notes, and replaces them with a really satisfying underlying texture that makes for a complex and full tea experience.

Size: 28 grams / Brew Guide: Steep 4 grams in 8 ounces of 195F water for 4-5 minutes. Can re-steep 2-3 times. Or gong fu brew.
