Why We Love It: Our high-grade matcha is silky with a balanced sweetness and umami flavor. Produced by third generation tea farmers in Fukuoka, Japan, this matcha is made from shaded tencha leaves. The leaves were shaded for twenty days, making the flavor extra bold and beautiful.

Size: 20 grams / Brew Guide: Place about 2 grams (~1 tbsp) of matcha into a bowl. Using around 175 degree water, pour 3-4 ounces (about 1/3 of the bowl) of water and whisk until frothy.

Latte: Make matcha in a tea bowl ^^ and add warm frothed milk to a mug. Pour the matcha on top. You can use cold milk for a cold latte.

Quickie Bottle Brew: Sometimes we like to take a cold water bottle, drop a scoop of matcha into the top, and shake, shake, shake! Once the liquid is green, and the powder is dissolved, you’re ready to enjoy.
