Why We Love It: A bud heavy white tea, made in the famous region of Ilam by a well-respected farmer, this tea is an absolute joy to drink. It’s fresh, crisp, and energizing, while also calming and cooling all at the same time. High in L-Theanine, white teas are a terrific post-work wind down or to warm you when the sun goes down.
Teapot/Infuser: Steep 5 grams in 8 ounces of 190F water for 1 minutes. Can re-steep 2-3 times.
Gong Fu: Steep 5 grams in a 6 ounce gaiwan with 190F water. Rinse leaves once quickly, then start with a 10 second steep, increasing the brew time by a few seconds each round.
