Why We Love It: Inspired by the famous White Peony (Bai Mu Dan) of China, our friends at Satemwa Estates created their own delicious, smooth, sweet, creamy, unique version of this tea. Producing white tea is kind of like sailing, it takes great knowledge of the the wind, sun and surroundings to make a great white tea. It can only be produced on sunny, clear days and is fully plucked and crafted by hand. There is no trace of bitterness at all in this tea, and it stands up well to multiple brews. This tea was grown pesticide free and is Fair Trade Certified and Rainforest Alliance Certified.
Size: 20 grams / Brew Guide: Steep 5 grams in 8 ounces of 190F water for 2 minutes. Can re-steep 2-3 times.
