Origin: Fujieda City, Shizuoka, Japan / Harvest: Spring 2019 / Elevation: 1150 feet

Why We Love It: An incredibly high-quality version of a classic taste.  A steamed green tea, grown in full sunlight, harvested by hand, and produced at home by the Kinezuka family in Fujieda. It's umami, sweet, bright, and insanely memorable. 

We Taste: Grass, sweetness, and umami

How We Brew It: Steep 7 grams in 6-12 ounces of 175F water for 1 minute. Can re-steep 2-3 times with shorter infusions. Be sure to shake every drop out of each infusion when pouring.
